Your wedding is not just a day, so you deserve to have a coordinator for more than just a day!
What’s included
Planning sessions at 2 months, and 2 weeks prior to your wedding.
Your planner will attend your final venue walk through and assist with layout if needed.
Creation of a day of timeline for your wedding day. Your planner will also distribute this to vendors and your venue to ensure everyone is on the same page.
Your planner will schedule all vendor deliveries and arrival times for your wedding day.
Rehearsal coordination. Your planner will direct your rehearsal and coordinate the details with you.
Wedding day set up, decorating, tear down, and complete coordination and direction of all events on the day of your wedding. Your planner is on site until the reception is over and clean up is done.
Your planner will hand out vendor gratuity when needed.
Wedding day kit brought to every wedding.
Access to our complimentary online client portal. This has a budget tracker, checklist, guest list tracker/RSVP log and more!
Investment: Our fee for day of coordination is $1300. This fee is broken up into payments. We proudly give a discount to military, police and fire fighter couples. Our fees are subject to change but we do our best to keep our website updated with our current fees.
